Fees and Charges for Landlords – Assured Rent

If you are taking up our offer of Assured rent, there are no fees and charges to you from us. However we might ask you to contribute towards the solicitor fees in creating our legal agreement.

Should you wish changes to be made to any of the clauses in the agreement there may be additional per hour. If you agree for a management contract to be drawn up by our solicitor and subsequently decided not to go ahead with signing the contract, the costs for drawing up the agreement will be charged back to you in full.

Depending on your property and circumstances we may ask you to fund the refurbishment of the property or ask you to contribute towards this.

Fees and Charges for Landlords – Management Only

We also offer a management service for your property, if you think that the assured rent is not your preferred option. If we are going to manage your property, we may ask you to fund some refurbishment first. We only offer properties of a certain standard to our Housemates and it may be necessary to have this done before we manage the property for you. We will always return the property in the same or better condition that we took it on – this is our promise to you.

We are happy to organise the refurb for you and bring in our own tried and trusted workmen. For this service we charge 10% of the costs of materials and labour. With our assured rent we normally cover some or all of these costs and there would be no extra 10% fee charged on top.

We offer different types of management for example “Managed Plus” to “Let Only”

We specialise in Multi Lets.
